We invite qualified candidates to apply for two full-time positions as Earth Moving Machinery Sales Engineers to support our expanding Earth Moving Equipment Division.

About the Earth Moving Machinery Sales Engineer Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will represent a diverse range of heavy equipment products including motor graders, excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, roller compactors, skid steer loaders, forklifts, and dump trucks. This role requires proactive engagement with clients to promote and sell these machines, ensuring customers receive tailored technical advice and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities for Earth Moving Machinery Sales Jobs in Kitwe

• Promote and sell earth moving machinery and associated equipment to new and existing customers.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region.
• Conduct client visits and deliver equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and sales proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Provide expert technical advice on equipment selection and application suitability.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines or related fields:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Agricultural Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Mining Engineering
• Plant Engineering
• Construction Engineering
• Business Administration (with experience in industrial equipment sales)
• Marketing (with technical sales experience)

Applicants with equivalent qualifications and relevant sales experience in technical or industrial sectors are also encouraged to apply.
