The Driver will be responsible for transporting the Laboratory Manager and other designated personnel, as well as handling company vehicles and deliveries. This full-time position is based at our Chibuluma Road location in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities for Driver Jobs in Kitwe

• Operate assigned company vehicles to conduct approved business activities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicles in a roadworthy and safe condition, reporting any defects promptly to the Laboratory Manager.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of items entrusted to your care.
• Assist with office administrative duties as required to support smooth operations.
• Comply fully with company guidelines, road safety regulations, and operational instructions.
• Report any suspicious behavior or unsafe conditions to management immediately.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Valid driver’s license with a strong understanding of road safety and navigation within Zambia.
• Familiarity with company procedures and protocols.
• Minimum education level: Grade Nine Certificate.
• Knowledge of driver responsibilities and adherence to safety, health, and environmental management systems.
• Authority and willingness to report unsafe or suspicious activities to superiors.
