About the Role: Digital Brand & Content Manager Jobs in Lusaka

As a Digital Brand & Content Manager at Kwelan, you will play a critical role in defining how customers engage with our brand both online and offline. Your creativity and proactive approach will help elevate our presence across social media channels and digital platforms, driving engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms to ensure timely and effective engagement.
• Create compelling and shareable content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok audiences.
• Design eye-catching graphics, reels, posts, and marketing campaigns using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Collaborate closely with management to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and digital growth initiatives.
• Bring innovative marketing ideas to help grow and strengthen the Kwelan brand.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• A portfolio or examples showcasing your creative work and digital campaigns.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment.
