About the Cold Call Agent Position

As a Cold Call Agent at Lowkey Solutions Limited, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and convert leads into paying customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and potential clients daily.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services effectively.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Convert prospects into paying clients through persuasive communication.
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales opportunities.
• Arrange meetings or product demonstrations when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to management.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements for Applicants

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in engaging prospective clients over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections and successfully close sales.
• Access to a reliable laptop and smartphone for remote work.
• Stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Performance Expectations

• Make at least 50 outbound calls per day.
• Contact a minimum of 250 new businesses each week.
• Generate weekly sales revenue of at least K12,500.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of K50,000.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary of ZMW 1,500.
