Available Positions and Role Summaries

1. Junior Accounts Officer

Experience: 1 to 2 years practical experience

Key Responsibilities:

• <liManage daily accounting operations with minimal supervision

<liMaintain accurate financial records and reports

<liUtilize strong Excel skills for data analysis and record keeping

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

2. Sales Officer

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition and sales of agricultural products and services
• Engage with farmers, businesses, and institutions to build strong relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field
• Proven ability to close sales and negotiate effectively
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage

3. Field Officer (Solwezi)

Experience: 1 to 2 years practical experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize farmers and conduct field monitoring activities
• Collect accurate data and support implementation of the Solwezi project
• Report challenges and insights to the project team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension, or related field
• Ability to work confidently with farmers on the ground
• Proficiency in Kaonde and Lunda languages is a plus
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage

4. Marketing & Communications Officer

Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Develop branding and communication strategies to enhance business growth
• Capture and produce compelling stories, posts, and reels from fieldwork

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field
• Basic photography and video creation/editing skills are advantageous
• Ability to translate field content into impactful marketing material
